Eight Year CFL Veteran Clinton Wayne Hangs Em' Up


EDMONTON, AB-Veteran defensive lineman Clinton Wayne has announced his retirement.

The Toronto native has spent time with the Calgary Stampeders, Ottawa Renegades, Hamilton Tiger-Cats and most recently the Edmonton Eskimos.

Calgary drafted him in the third round of the 2000 CFL Draft.

Edmonton also announced the signing of offensive lineman Greg Wojt and the release of Scott Coe.

AUTHOR's NOTE: No report has come from anywhere at the time that Coe was released but he has been removed from the Eskimos online roster along with Wayne.
