CALGARY, AB-The Calgary Stampeders have announced the signing of five players. They have signed imports Justin Brown and E.J. Kuale along with 2008 draft picks Jon Gott, Fernand Kashama and Ronald Hilaire.
Brown has spent time with the Indianapolis Colts, Frankfurt Galaxy, Dallas Desperados and New Orleans VooDoo during his career.
During his time with the Galaxy he coached by current Stampeders defensive line coach Cornell Brown.
Kuale has spent time in his career with the Kansas City Chiefs and New Orleans Saints.
John Hufnagel, general manager and head coach of Calgary said of the Brown signing,''Brown is a hard-working, high-motor player who was coached by Cornell Brown (Stamps defensive line coach) in NFL Europe and comes highly recommended."
